On-Site Services & Safety Protocols
LeeCe Stylz by Alicia Lau is taking extra precautions to protect every client, in accordance with Local, State, and CDC guidelines:
Health & Sanitation: Healthy history review prior to services; antimicrobial disinfection of all tools, brushes, and work areas; optional disposable applicators.
Team Safety: LeeCe Stylz and Team are fully vaccinated with the latest boosters, practice social distancing, and optional mask-wearing. Hands are washed or sanitized before and after each client.
Client Safety: Masks are recommended for all clients regardless of vaccination status. Windows should be open for ventilation when possible. Outdoor services are available upon request. Optional temperature checks can be performed upon arrival.
Illness Policy: If anyone in your party is feeling unwell, please wear a mask and practice social distancing. We highly encourage re-scheduling if:
You have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 symptoms.
You are feeling even slightly ill.
You live with or have been in contact with someone who is sick.
You do not feel comfortable leaving your home.

Booking & Appointment Policies
By booking an appointment, the client agrees to the terms outlined below:
Services: LeeCe Stylz and Team provide on-location hair and/or makeup services for the client and any additional participants. We will arrive at the scheduled time and location listed on your Wedding Day Timeline. Contact information is included on the timeline for any updates or issues.
Booking & Deposits:
A non-refundable 30% deposit and signed contract are required to secure your date and the availability of our team.
Appointments booked less than 48 hours in advance must be paid in full with a signed contract.
If an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit is forfeited. New rates apply for rescheduled appointments.
Deposit & Remainder:
All deposits are non-refundable.
If a client postpones their booking, the deposit may be applied to a new date based on availability.
Remaining balances are collected on the day of service or in advance.
Health & Safety Releases
Allergies: Clients must inform LeeCe Stylz of any allergies or sensitivities prior to service. The team is not responsible for reactions or sensitivities.
Contraindications: Services cannot be performed on clients with conditions such as lice, eczema, psoriasis, recent scar tissue, cuts, abrasions, styes, or other issues that may be aggravated. In such cases, services will be politely declined for safety, and deposits will be forfeited. Clients are advised to consult a medical professional.
Additional Notes
Pets: We love them! However, please keep pets away during services due to hot tools, cords, and hair/makeup products.
Payments: Zelle, Apple Cash, PayPal, and Credit Cards (+5% transaction fee). Checks may be mailed ahead of time or paid on the day of service. Cash is always welcome.
Deposits: 30% of total services with a signed contract is required to reserve your wedding/event date.
