How do I BOOK you? To book Alicia for your event/wedding day, she requires a non-refundable 30% deposit and a signed contract. After that you can book your trial at your leisure. There will be a booking confirmation of your appointment to follow.
Are you FULLY VACCINATED? YES! MY team and I are fully vaccinated with boosters. If a venue/vendor is requiring proof of vaccination or certificate of insurance, I’d be glad to provide this information at any time. Do you TRAVEL to me on my wedding day? Yes, I’m an on-location service whether I am traveling to your home or hotel. Please inquire travel fees if location is outside of San Francisco.
Are you available for DESTINATION or INTERNATIONAL Weddings? We love to travel and work with clients in difference cities and countries. Please contact us for more details!
PARKING for LeeCe Stylz and Team All artists will park at the hotel, venue or local garage. Where parking, valet and/or toll fees may be incurred, the amount will be charged to the room or added to the balance of payment and/or paid by the Client and are due on the day of the services.
Can I schedule my TRIAL as the ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS? Honestly, I prefer not to schedule your trial as your engagement photos unless you plan to have the same Hair and Makeup look as your wedding day.
What are the requirements when LeeCe Stylz’s and Team goes to your home? Please have a large table or area for hair and makeup set up. Please have chairs available and seats by natural lighting by windows if possible. If artificial lights are needed please inform ahead of time for this arrangement. Do you offer VEGAN & CRUELTY-FREE brands and what other brands do you use? Yes we do! We offer Vegan & Cruelty-free makeup products to makeup brushes, and hair styling products. Popular brands used are Tarte Cosmetics, Derma Blend, LORAC, Makeup Forever HD, Bobbi Brown, Krolyan, Urban Decay, Hourglass, Cover FX, Givenchy, Bare Minerals, Nars, Becca, and more. When should I book a TRIAL/CONSULTATION? Ideally the best time to book a trial is 3 to 6 months before your wedding day. You are more than welcome to book earlier at your convenience. We ask that you book your trials
during the weekdays as weekends are usually prime days. Again, please inquire availability with Alicia and will try our best to accommodate your schedule.
Can I meet with you for a pre-trial/consultation? Please inquire with Alicia for available dates for trial bookings. Should your schedules overlap, she’d be glad to meet you elsewhere to introduce her and answer any questions. We can arrange a Zoom Video Call or a good ole fashion telephone call or text is possible should that be more convenient.
Are we able to MEET IN-PERSON, ZOOM CALL for a Pre-Trial/Consultation? Most certainly! Should your schedules overlap, she’d be glad to meet you elsewhere to introduce her and answer any questions. We can also arrange a Zoom Video Call or a good ole fashion telephone call, and text is possible should that be more convenient for you.
What is your PREFERRED PAYMENT method? Zelle, however I accept Cash and Check. Credit Cards and PayPal with additional 3% charge.
Am I able to book without a deposit?
Definitely, a soft-hold is possible as we want you to be 100% sure of your decision. This is your big day and we want you to look and feel your best, more importantly comfortable with your decision in your artist! Should my Stylz match your needs, call or email me to speak on rates and packages! Please keep in mind that Alicia cannot reserve a date without a deposit and signed contract.
How long is each service(s) for the trial/event/wedding day? For Bridal, please allow 2-2.5 hours for both hair and makeup services which includes buffer for minor adjustments, and touch ups prior to schedule end time for the services. This includes set up and packing up. Once we perfect the look for your wedding day, times may vary. Generally, each service is planned for 45minutes-1hour. There will be an assigned timeline for all the services.
Will there be PHOTOS TAKEN during trial or day of wedding/event? Yes, there will be a photo release form to review and sign, no obligations as I respect everyone’s privacy. However, taking before and after photos will help you compare and understand the looks in person and in photographs. After the trial, the pictures will be sent to you to review. This gives us a better understanding of our trial and if changes are needed, I’d be glad to do so.
How will you judge the TIME LENGTH of my bridal party and bride on the day of? Prior to wedding day, during the trial we will discuss everyone’s desired looks including colors and dress Stylz. I require photos of each attendee (with or without makeup), showing
their hair length, and their desired hair and makeup look for the wedding. A formal wedding day schedule will be created with all attendees with your requested end time.
