By booking an appointment, the client agrees to the terms of this policy. LeeCe Stylz and Team will provide on-location hair and/or makeup services for the client and any add on participants. As agreed, we we arrive at the scheduled time and meet at the address provided on the Wedding Day timeline, Our contact information is also located on the timeline should there be any updates or issues any time. To book our services, for your event/wedding day, we require a non-refundable 30% deposit and a signed contract agreement. This includes the availability of our team. After that you can book your trial at your leisure. There will be a booking confirmation of your appointment(s) to follow.
Bookings/Cancellations/Postponement
If a client books less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, payment must be collected in full with a signed contract agreement. If appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, they will forfeit the deposit paid. New rates will apply for new appointment date and time.
Deposits/Remainder balances
All deposits are non-refundable. If the client postpones their booking to a later date, the deposit may be rescheduled to a different date and time, based on out availability. The remainder balance is collected in full on the day of the services or ahead of time.
Am I able to book without a deposit?
Definitely, a soft-hold is possible as we want you to be 100% sure of your decision. This is your big day and we want you to look and feel your best, more importantly comfortable with your decision in your artist! Should our Stylz match your needs, call or email us to speak further on our rates and packages! Please keep in mind that Alicia cannot reserve a date without a deposit and signed contract.
When should I book my wedding day services?
We would love for you to book your wedding day as soon as you have your date set. Most brides book 6 to 12 months out. If you are interested in working with Alicia, please contact her as soon as possible to find out her availability.
When should I book a TRIAL/CONSULTATION? Ideally the best time to book a trial is 3 to 6 months before your wedding day. You are more than welcome to book earlier at your convenience. We ask that you book your trials during the weekdays, in the mornings as weekends are our prime days. Again, please inquire availability with Alicia and we will try our best to accommodate your schedule.
Can I schedule my TRIAL as the ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS/CITY HALL CEREMONY, etc.? Honestly, we prefer not to schedule your trial as your engagement photos, City Hall ceremony, or for any special occasions. Our goal during the trial is to plan your ideal hair and makeup look for the wedding day. The overall look may not be suitable for professional photos taken or special events. This trial may also run slightly over scheduled times as we may try out a few looks.
Where there bePHOTOS taken during trial or wedding/event?
Photo images will be taken by LeeCe Stylz and Team from the event and may be used for advertising, posted onto our website and/or social media pages to promote the services unless otherwise requested. There will be a photo release form to review and sign, no obligations as I respect everyone’s privacy. However, during the trial photos will be taken. This ensures our understanding of your look for reference, and to compare and notes leading up to an event/wedding day. Should there be any changes needed, we’d be glad to do so.
Are we able to MEET IN-PERSON, ZOOM CALL for a Pre-Trial/Consultation? Most certainly! Should your schedules overlap, she’d be glad to meet you elsewhere to introduce her and answer any questions. We can also arrange a Zoom Video Call or a good ole fashion telephone call, and text is possible should that be more convenient for you.
Do you TRAVEL to me on my wedding day or trial appointment?
Yes, we are an on-location service whether traveling to your home, hotel, venue or other locations. Please inquire travel fees if location is outside of San Francisco. Flat rates may apply-please visit Rates Page.
What should we expect when LeeCe Stylz’s and Team go to your home?
We ask where there may be a large table or area for hair and makeup set up for us to work on. If barstools/high chairs are available and seats by natural lighting near windows, this would be greatly appreciated. We can bring artificial lights and other equipment such as high chairs, tables, as needed. For family pets: please place them in a different room during the services for their safety. Are there any minimums to book your service?
No, LeeCe does not required any minimum service count.
How long is each service(s) for the trial/event/wedding day? For Bridal, please allow 1-3 hours for both hair and makeup services which includes buffer for minor adjustments, and final touch ups right before the end of the services. This includes set up and packing up. Once we perfect the look for your wedding day, times may vary. Generally, each service is planned for 45minutes-1hour. There will be an assigned timeline for all the services.
Do you offer VEGAN & CRUELTY-FREE brands and what other brands do you use? Yes, we do! We offer Vegan & Cruelty-free makeup products to makeup & hair brushes, and hair-styling products. We also offer fragrance-free products too. Popular brands used are Tarte Cosmetics, Derma Blend, LORAC, Makeup Forever HD, Fenty, Mehron, Sephora Collection Clean, Bobbi Brown, Krolyan, Urban Decay, Hourglass, Cover FX, Givenchy, Bare Minerals, Nars, Becca, and more. Airbrush Makeup Products: Kett, OCC, and Temptu. Should you have a product that you prefer, please have them ready during the service.
Allergy Release
The client is responsible for informing LeeCe Stylz and Team of any allergies, sensitives of hair and/or makeup products prior to any service application. LeeCe Stylz and its stylist will not be held responsible for any reactions and/or sensitives.
Aclient with a contraindication
In the event, our scheduled attendee has a contraindication such as lice or lice eggs, recent scar tissue, eczema, psoriasis, hyper-keratosis, skin allergy, cuts, abrasions, bruising, styes, or other conditions that may be aggravated, service for that client will not be performed. We will politely decline the service for safety reasons. We recommend that the client seek advice or treatment from a qualified medical professional, such as a dermatologist, doctor, or physician. Their deposit will be forfeited.
Are you FULLY VACCINATED? YES! My team and I are fully vaccinated with latest boosters. If a venue/vendor is requiring proof of vaccination or certificate of insurance, I’d be glad to provide this information at any time. PARKING for LeeCe Stylz and Team All artists will park at the hotel, venue or local garage unless otherwise notified. Where parking, valet and/or toll fees may be incurred, the amount will be charged to the room or added to the balance of payment and/or paid by the client and are due on the day of the services, per vehicle, if applicable.

What is your PREFERRED PAYMENT method? Zelle or Apple Cash, however I accept Cash, Check via mail or in person. Credit Cards and PayPal have a 5% transaction fee along with total rate.
How will you judge the TIME LENGTH of my bridal party and bride on the day of? Prior to wedding day, during the trial we will discuss everyone’s Stylz, including colors and dresses. I require photos of each attendee (preferably without makeup), showing their hair length, and their preferred hair and makeup look for the wedding. This helps my team and I to assign everyone accordingly to each stylist. A formal wedding day schedule will be created with all attendees and your requested end time for the services.
