While LeeCe Stylz is open for business and operating, there are a few changes in our policy along with new protocols to follow to ensure the safety of all. Please read below for updated policy, requirements, and CDC guidelines during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
On-Site Services: Due to the on-going pandemic outbreak of the Coronavirus (Covid-19), LeeCe Stylz by Alicia Lau is taking extra precautions with the care of every client to include the healthy history review and enhanced sanitation with antimicrobial disinfection procedures in accordance with Local, State and CDC guidelines. Everyone is recommended to wear a mask for additional protection regardless of vaccination status. As an on-location business, I strive to ensure the safety of my team and myself by minimizing the spread. LeeCe Stylz and Team are fully vaccinated with the latest boosters, practicing social distancing, safety, and sanitation, and optional mask wearing. Hands will be thoroughly washed or using hand sanitizer before and after each client. All brushes/tools have been disinfected and sanitized with an antimicrobial protectant prior to our arrival. We have additional clean sets of brushes/tools as needed. We also offer disposable applicators. We encourage having all windows open for ventilation. Optional, temperatures checks are offered upon arrival. Outdoor services are the best solution, per your comfort level. For more information, we can speak on arranging this. While I am grateful to be of service I acknowledge the risk of going out around others. I highly encourage you to RE-SCHEDULE if: -were exposed to someone that may have symptoms of Covid-19. -feeling the slightly bit of being sick. -have been in contact and/or currently living with someone who may/are sick. -you do not feel comfortable leaving your house.
By booking an appointment, the client agrees to the terms of this policy. LeeCe Stylz and Team will provide on-location hair and/or makeup services for the client and any add on participants. As agreed, we arrive at the scheduled time and meet at the address provided on the Wedding Day timeline. Our contact information is also located on the timeline should there by any updates or issue any time.
Booking/Cancellations/Postponement- If the clients books less than 48 hours of the schedule appointment, payment must be collected in full with a signed contract agreement. If appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, they will forfeit the deposit paid. New rates will apply for new appointment date and time.
Deposit/Remainder balances- All deposit are non-refundable. IF the client postpones their booking to a later date, the deposit may be rescheduled to a different date and time, based on our availability. The remainder balance is collected on the day of the services or ahead of time.
Allergy release- The client is responsible for informing LeeCe Stylz and Team of any allergies, sensitives of hair and/or makeup prior to any service application. LeeCe Stylz and its stylists will not be held responsible for any reactions and/or sensitives.
Client with contraindication- In the event, our scheduled attendee has a contraindication such as lice or lice eggs, recent scar tissue, eczema, psoriasis, hyper-keratosis, skin allergies, cuts, abrasion, bruising, styes or other conditions that may be aggravated, services for that client will not be performed. We will politely decline the service for safety reasons. We recommend that the client seek advice or treatment from a qualified medical professional, such as a dermatologist, doctor or physician. Their deposit will be forfeited.
**Pets, we LOVE them! However, during the services, hot tools, cords, and makeup products are exposed. To avoid them getting injured it is best to keep them away during this time.
Payments: Zelle and Apple Cash. PayPal and Credit Cards +5% Transaction fee along with total amount. **Checks may be paid ahead of time via postal mail and on the day of services. Cash payments are always welcomed.
Deposits: 30% of the total services and signed contract agreement is required to reserve a wedding/date and the availability of LeeCe Stylz and team.
