LEECE STYLZ APPOINTMENT & BOOKING POLICY
By booking an appointment, the client agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
Services:
LeeCe Stylz and Team will provide on-location hair and/or makeup services for the client and any additional participants as requested. We will arrive promptly at the scheduled time and location listed on your Wedding Day Timeline. Our contact information is included on the timeline in case of updates or unforeseen issues.
Booking & Deposits:
To secure our services for your event or wedding day, a non-refundable 30% deposit and a signed contract are required. This ensures the availability of our team. After securing your date, you may schedule your trial appointment at your convenience.
Confirmation:
A booking confirmation will be sent for all scheduled appointments.
LATE BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
If a client books within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, full payment and a signed contract agreement are required at the time of booking. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service time, the client will forfeit the deposit paid. Any rescheduled appointment will be subject to current rates, and new pricing may apply to the new date and time.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable. If a client needs to postpone their booking, the deposit may be transferred to a new date and time, subject to availability. The remaining balance is due in full on the day of services, or may be paid in advance if preferred.
BOOKING WITHOUT A DEPOSIT
We understand that this is your big day, and we want you to feel 100% confident in your decision. A soft-hold is possible to give you time to consider your options. However, please note that Alicia cannot reserve a date without a deposit and a signed contract. Once your stylists match your needs, you may call or email us to discuss rates, packages, and secure your date.
