BOOKING YOUR WEDDING DAY SERVICES

We recommend booking your wedding day services as soon as you have your date confirmed. Most brides schedule their services 6 to 12 months in advance. If you are interested in working with Alicia, please contact her as early as possible to confirm availability and secure your date.

The ideal time to schedule your trial appointment is 3 to 6 months before your wedding day, though you are welcome to book earlier if convenient. We kindly request that trials be booked on weekdays, preferably in the mornings, as weekends are reserved for peak service days. Please check availability with Alicia, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

TRIAL APPOINTMENT POLICY

We kindly ask that trial appointments not be scheduled on the same day as engagement photos, City Hall ceremonies, or other special events. The purpose of the trial is to thoughtfully design and refine your ideal hair and makeup look for your wedding day. During this time, we may test and adjust different Stylz to ensure we achieve the perfect final result. Because of this process, the overall look may not be fully polished or photo-ready for professional photography or special occasions. Please also allow for the possibility that your trial may run slightly over the scheduled time, as we may explore multiple options to finalize your desired look.

Photos may be taken by LeeCe Stylz and Team during trial appointments, weddings, or other events. These images may be used for marketing purposes, including our website and social media, unless otherwise requested. A photo release form will be provided for review and signature. There is no obligation to allow photos, and we respect every client’s privacy. During trial sessions, photos are taken primarily for reference purposes—to document your look, track notes, and ensure consistency leading up to your event or wedding day. If any changes are made to your look, we will review our notes and adjust accordingly to achieve your desired result.

PRE-TRIAL / CONSULTATION MEETINGS

ON-LOCATION SERVICES & GUIDELINES — HOME, HOTEL, AND VENUE

LeeCe Stylz and Team provide on-location services for both trial appointments and wedding day services, whether at your home, hotel, venue, or another location.

Workspace Setup:

• Please provide a suitable area for hair and makeup setup, such as a large table or open space.

• Access to barstools or high chairs and seating near natural light (preferably by windows) is greatly appreciated.

• We can bring additional equipment as needed, including artificial lighting, high chairs, tables, and extension/power cords.

Parking & Travel:

• Artists will park at the hotel, venue, or nearby garage unless otherwise instructed. Any parking, valet, or toll fees incurred will be added to the balance or charged to the room, per vehicle, and are due on the day of the service.

• Travel fees may apply for locations outside of San Francisco. Flat rates may be available depending on distance. Please refer to our [Rates Page] for details.

Pets:

• For the safety of all, please place family pets in a separate room during services. We understand they may greet us at the door.

SERVICE BOOKING MINIMUNS

There are no minimum service requirements to book with LeeCe Stylz. You are welcome to book any service, whether for a single or a full group.

SERVICE DURATION — TRIAL, EVENT & WEDDING DAY 

For bridal services, please allow 1-3 hours for both hair and makeup. This timeframe includes setup, packing, minor adjustments, and final touch-ups before the end of the service. Once your wedding day look is perfected during the trial, actual service times may vary. Generally, each individual service is planned for 45 minutes to 1 hour. A detailed timeline will be created and assigned for all services to ensure a smooth and timely experience for you and your attendees.

Yes! We proudly offer vegan and cruelty-free hair and makeup products, including brushed and styling tools. Fragrance-free options are also available. Some of the popular brands we use include:

Tarte Cosmetics, Derma Blend, LORAC, Senna Cosmetics, K-beauty, Make Up Forever HD, Fenty Beauty, Mehron, Sephora Collection Clean, Bobbi Brown, Kroylan, Urban Decay, Hourglass, Makeup by Mario, Givenchy, Kett, Inglot, Cover FX, Bare Minerals, Becca, NARS, and more.
For airbrush makeup, we use Kett and Temptu products. If you have a preferred product, please have it ready and available during your service so we can incorporate it seamlessly.

ALLERGY & SENSITIVITY RELEASE

Clients are responsible for informing LeeCe Stylz and Team of any known allergies or sensitivities to hair and/or makeup products prior to the start of any service. LeeCe Stylz and its stylists cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitives that occur during or after the services.

CLIENT CONTRAINDICATION POLICY

If a scheduled client has a contraindication-such as lice or lice eggs, recent scar tissue, eczema, psoriasis, hyperkeratosis, skin allergies, cuts, abrasion, bruising, styes, or any conditions that could be aggravated by our services–service will not be performed. For safety of both the client and our team, we will politely decline the service in these cases. We recommend that the client seek guidance or treatment from a qualified medical professional, such as a dermatologist or physician. Please note that the deposit for the affected client will be forfeited.

HEALTH & SAFELTY – VACCINATION AND SANITAION

Yes! My team and I are fully vaccinated, including the latest boosters. If a venue or vendor required proof of vaccination or a certificate of insurance, we are happy to provide this information upon request. We follow strict sanitation protocols, including thorough hand washing and sanitizing before and after every clients, to ensure a safe and clean environment. PARKING FOR LEECE STLZ AND TEAM

All artists will park at the hotel, venue, or a nearby garage unless otherwise instructed. If parking, valet, or toll fees are incurred, these costs will either be added to the final balance or charged to the room, as applicable. Any such fees are the responsibility of the client and are due on the day of the services, per vehicle.

DESTINIATION & INTERNATIONAL WEDDINGS

Yes–we are available for destination and international weddings! We love traveling and working with our clients in different cities, states, and countries. Please contact us for additional details regarding availability, travel requirements, and customized packages.

WEDDING PREPARTIONS & SCHEDULING

During your trial appointment, we will review and discuss everyone’s Stylz, including the color palette and dress selections, to ensure a cohesive overall look for the wedding day. Prior to the wedding, I require photos of each attendee (preferably without makeup) that clearly show their current hair length, along with inspiration photos of their preferred hair and makeup look for the event. This allows my team and me to properly assign each person to the most suitable  stylist and prepare accordingly.
